WHAT IS THE AUDERE PREMIER CLIENT PROGRAM?

The Premier Client Program is an autoship program that offers a 15% discount on all orders, free shipping on orders of $99 or more, an anniversary gift (with 4 orders of $99 each during the previous 12 months), deliveries every 30, 60, or 90 days with the flexibility to change future products and shipping dates in your account settings. Premier Clients also gain access to exclusive offers and promotions. Premier Clients receive a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products. You can enroll into the Audere Premier Client Program free with your first $99 (minimum) retail order.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE AUDERE PREMIER PROGRAM?

You may enroll in the Premier Program through a Consultant´s Personal Website. Your initial order must total a minimum of $99 retail before the 15% discount is applied. You will be asked to provide the required enrollment information, including a valid credit card.

HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK IN THE PREMIER CLIENT PROGRAM?

Premier Clients qualify for free shipping when they place a minimum $99 retail order. The $99 requirement is before the 15% discount is applied.


DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A CONSULTANT WHEN I ENROLL AS A PREMIER CLIENT?

Yes, you must choose a Consultant when you enroll in the Premier Client Program. Your Consultant can answer questions you have about the Premier Program and offer personalized product recommendations and more.

WHAT IF I DON´T KNOW A CONSULTANT?

If you don´t know any Consultants, we´ll provide the names of a few at checkout who you can choose from based on various factors such as your location.

WHAT IS THE PREMIER CLIENT PRODUCT PRICE?

The Premier Client product price includes a 15% discount on all Audere products. It is an exclusive benefit only available through the Audere Premier Client Program. The Premier price will reflect in your cart for all orders.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY PREMIER CLIENT ACCOUNT?

As a Premier Client, you will be identified by your email address, name or client number and the password you selected when you enrolled in the Premier Client Program. Upon entering the Audere website or your Consultant´s personal website, you must log in to identify yourself as a Premier Client in order to view and access the Premier pricing, or to update your order, billing or information on file with Audere.

HOW DO I MANAGE A SCHEDULED SHIPMENT DATE OR ORDER?

Your initial order (consisting of Audere products totaling a minimum of $99 retail) will be shipped upon completion of your enrollment order. This is your auto ship order. If you don´t edit your auto ship order or change your shipping date, you will receive the same products you selected in your initial order, at the Premier Client pricing, every 30 days from your enrollment date. You may change your auto ship order up to one day prior to the scheduled shipping date.  You can update your order or shipment date by logging into your Premier Client account and clicking on Edit Premier Client Cart.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY PREMIER CLIENT ORDERS I CAN PLACE IN ONE MONTH?

There is no limit. You can place as many Premier Client orders as you would like during a single month.

WHAT ARE THE DATES I CAN SELECT AS MY SHIPPING DATE FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

You can have your auto ship order scheduled from the 1st through the 28th of any given month.

I ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED THE WRONG PRODUCTS. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS ORDER?

If you have made a purchase by mistake, please contact your Consultant or send an email premier.client@iamaudere.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PREMIER CLIENT ACCOUNT?

You may cancel your Premier Client account up to one day prior to your scheduled ship date. Log in to your Premier Client account, click My Account then click Manage my Account and select Cancel My Account.  Cancelling your Premier Client account discontinues your 15% discount on all purchases, free shipping on orders of $99 or more, subscription orders, and all benefits associated with the Premier Client program.
